Appointments

Appointments
All appointments take place in my therapy room which is light and airy, nestled in the South Downs.

KINESIOLOGY APPOINTMENTS

You are fully dressed, loose fitting clothing is recommended for your comfort.

I begin by going through the client questionnaire you will have filled in and returned to me prior to your appointment. We discuss anything specific you would like to work on.

I will then ask you to lie on the couch and I will take you through a series of muscle tests to see where imbalance may lie in the body.

Corrections are made, depending on what the body needs, you may also be recommended a course of natural supplements to support your rebalance, or maybe a bottle of personalised Flower Essences to support any emotional rebalance.

At the end of the appointment we will review your treatment and any homework required.

I recommend at least 3 sessions to really support the body on its healing journey.

INDIAN HEAD MASSSAGE APPOINTMENTS

You are fully dressed, loose fitting clothing is recommended for your comfort.

I begin by going through the client questionnaire you will have filled in and returned to me prior to your appointment.

I will then ask you to take a seat and remove any jewellery, earrings, watch to ensure a relaxing treatment.

I will then work on your shoulders, back, neck, head and face.

FACIAL REJUVENATION MASSAGE APPOINTMENTS

You are fully dressed, loose fitting clothing is recommended for your comfort.

I begin by going through the client questionnaire you will have filled in and returned to me prior to your appointment.

I will then ask you to lie on the couch and will start the treatment which consists of gentle rhythmic movements all over the face and neck. I then work on one side of the face, then the other so half way through the first treatment you can sit up and look at the difference before I work on the other side of your face to even you up!

I recommend a course of 4 sessions across 4 weeks, and then a maintenance programme of one session per month.
